• Accommodations & Transportation: Coordinate hotel room blocks, additional accommodations, and transportation logistics for your guests.

• Rehearsal & Ceremony Coordination: This includes planning and coordinating the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and any additional events, such as a welcome party or day after brunch.

• Regular Check-Ins: Bi-weekly to monthly check-ins and accessibility via in-person meetings, email, and phone to keep you updated and involved.

• Vendor Meetings: Attendance at all vendor meetings, confirming final details and ensuring seamless communication.

• Event Production: Full production and execution of your event timeline, ensuring every moment is perfectly timed.

• Day-of Coordination: You will have unlimited time on your wedding day to manage all logistics, act as the main point of contact, and handle any unforeseen circumstances.

Wedding Day Services:

• Logistics Management: Oversee all day-of logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Vendor Coordination: Primary point of contact for vendors, wedding party, family, and guests.

• Setup & Tear Down: Oversee setup and tear down of decor and vendor items.

• Guest Assistance: Welcome and direct guests, assist the wedding party and family, and manage all day-of activities.

• Execution of Timeline: Ensure the event timeline is adhered to, coordinating key moments like the ceremony processional, grand entrance, cake cutting, speeches, and dances.

• Food & Beverage Coordination: Work with caterers to confirm timing and logistics, replenishing appetizers, desserts, and late-night snacks.

• Transportation Management: Ensure transportation runs on schedule and provide the final go-ahead for departure at the end of the evening.

• Post-Event Duties: Pack up client-provided decor, follow up with the venue for security deposit, and return rented vendor decor.
