• Vendor Coordination: Recommendations, day-of point-of-contact, and final confirmations with all vendors.

• Design Proofing: Review and proofing of all printed materials to ensure they align with your wedding vision.

• Logistics Management: Creation and management of a comprehensive checklist, timeline, and event order to keep everything organized.

• Regular Check-Ins: 1-year and 6-month check-ins, plus accessibility via in-person meetings, email, and phone for any questions or concerns.

• Final Check-In: A detailed final check-in one month before the wedding, attendance at final vendor meetings, and a seamless vendor handoff to become the new point of contact.

• Setup & Tear Down: Oversee the setup and teardown of decor (provided by the client and/or vendor) and tables and chairs (provided by and set up/torn down by the venue).

• Event Production: On-site production and execution of the event timeline, ensuring all elements are perfectly timed and coordinated.

Wedding Day Services:

• Logistics Management: Manage all wedding day logistics, providing unlimited on-site support (average of 16 hours).

• Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, the wedding party, family, and guests.

• Guest Assistance: Assist the family, wedding party, and guests with any needs.

• Setup & Tear Down: Oversee the setup and tear down of decor and vendor items.

• Timeline Execution: Ensure the event timeline is followed, coordinating key moments such as the ceremony processional, grand entrance, cake cutting, speeches, and dances.

• Catering Coordination: Work with caterers to confirm food timing and logistics, replenishing appetizers, desserts, and late-night snacks.

• Transportation Management: Ensure transportation runs on schedule and provide the final go-ahead for departure at the end of the evening.

• Post-Event Duties: Pack up client-provided decor, follow up with the venue for security deposit, and return rented vendor decor.

• Welcome Bag assembly and delivery

• Rehearsal coordination the day prior

• Rehearsal dinner or welcome party coordination and attendance

Additional Travel Fees (if 30 miles outside of Fargo/Moorhead):

• Current IRS mileage rate

• Current IRS meal and incidental expenses rate

• Hotel accommodations

• Airplane tickets and rental car (if needed)
